These Terms are between you and MilkVein Technologies LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("MilkVein", "we", "us"), and govern your use of MilkVein. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. Org owners are responsible for activity under their organization.
2. Subscription & billing
Paid plans renew monthly or annually until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Overages (e.g., extra farms on Co-op Enterprise) are billed in arrears.
3. Acceptable use
See our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate it.
4. Your data
You own your data. You grant MilkVein a limited license to process it to provide the service and share it with partners you connect.
5. Recordkeeping disclaimer
MilkVein helps you keep records required by state milk-marketing and PMO rules, but you remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including weight certifications, sampling, and BOL retention. BOL PDFs are evidence of pickup details as entered; they are not a substitute for state-certified scales or licensed samplers.
6. Service availability
We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Offline mode allows pickups to be logged without connectivity and syncs when online.
7. Warranties & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, MilkVein's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach. On termination you may export your data for 30 days; afterward we may delete it.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Erie County, Pennsylvania.
